 Viruses are becoming a real problem in the internet age. |
Viruses have been a concern for computers since the early days, but with the advent of the internet the problem has become epidemic.
Everything from the I Love You virus to the recent Sasser virus has made the internet a battle ground.
Of course the best answer would be to stay off the internet, but for most of us thats not an option.
We have extensive knowledge in the removal of viruses from IBM based computers. We also have facilities to scan a system and recover data damaged by a virus. (Some restrictions apply!)
Our services include the detection and removal of any viruses on your system, and then the installation and updating of a DIGARSOLUTION approved virus scan. We will also train you in the proper use of your virus scan including the use of the update feature.
We serve the Las Cruces NM, Deming NM, Alamogordo NM, and El Paso Texas Area (There's a $10.00 charge 10 miles outside Las Cruces city limits, and a $1.00 a mile charge for every mile after.), we are willing to offer our services Nationwide (at a slightly higher rate), transport (Plane, Train, Automobile, etc.), accommodations (Food and Lodging), and reasonable expenses will need to be furnished. All work will need to be paid by Cashiers Check in advance. Any remaining balances will be returned to the buyer.

Disclaimer and legal stuff: All prices are subject to
State and federal taxes, all work warranted for 15 days, Warranty does not
cover software problems provided by an outside company. All software and hardware warranted that
is provided by DIGAR. *We welcome
customer purchased equipment, but unfortunately cannot provide the same
warranty as we provide by DIGAR approved equipment. Because of the unique nature of computers, your warranty will only encompass the component/program repaired. The warranty
doesn't cover the entire system. In other words, if we fix the printer, and the modem stops working within 15 days, the repair will be billed separately unless one of
our technicians diagnose it as a related problem. We are always open to second opinions on our warranty work, but only accept diagnoses from qualified technicians. We will not warranty virus eradications if an up to date virus scan isn't installed on the infected computer either by us or by the client. We will warranty a spyware/adware removal for only one return visit, if the offending software is being installed after the second visit it is assumed that the software is being installed by a member of the household and is no longer covered under our warranty. Warranties may be extended for various reasons at management discretion.
